Tally Prime Auto Sync

Tally on Elcom cloud (Linux / Firefox): open loading.jagannatherp.com/tally-bridge.html in Firefox on the cloud desktop, log in as Owner and keep that tab open β€” it syncs every 15 minutes. Open Tally Bridge
Tally cloud (Elcom) β€” TDL add-on (recommended): sends parties + pending bills every 15 minutes while Tally is open.
  1. Download ⇩ jspl-erp.tdl (contains your private sync link β€” do not share).
  2. In the Elcom DCV window: ☁ Files Storage β†’ My_Files β†’ Upload File β†’ choose jspl-erp.tdl.
  3. In Tally: F1 (Help) β†’ TDLs & Add-Ons β†’ F4 Manage Local TDLs β†’ Load TDL on Startup = Yes β†’ add path D:\My_Files\jspl-erp.tdl β†’ save.
  4. Gateway of Tally β†’ JSPL ERP Sync β†’ a message shows how many parties and bills were sent.

Other options (Tally on your own computer, or manual upload):

  1. Open Tally Prime on the Elcom cloud β†’ F1 (Help) β†’ Settings β†’ Connectivity β†’ "TallyPrime acts as" = Both, Port = 9000 β†’ save.
  2. Download the connector program: ⇩ jspl-tally-sync.ps1 β€” it contains your private sync link; do not share it.
  3. Copy it to the same cloud computer where Tally runs β†’ right-click β†’ Run with PowerShell. If it shows "Saved to ERP: … parties", the test has passed.
  4. To run it automatically every 15 minutes, run in PowerShell: powershell -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File jspl-tally-sync.ps1 -Install
  5. If Elcom does not allow running the program: in Tally go to Display β†’ Statements of Accounts β†’ Outstandings β†’ Receivables β†’ Export β†’ XML and upload the file below.

WhatsApp (Maytapi) You can use the same Maytapi account as the Production system

When to send messages

Approve orders by WhatsApp: each order message has a code like OK 4827. Replying with it from an approver number approves the order (NO 4827 reason = reject). Press once to enable this. Note: Maytapi allows only one webhook per phone β€” if another system reads replies on that phone, it will stop receiving them.

Rate-pending reminders go to the mobile of the staff who created the order (set in Users), with a copy to office numbers / group.

These orders and tokens / challans were made in this system (not the old sheet data). Tick the test ones to remove. Old sheet data is never touched. Removing a test order also removes its test tokens.

Set the prefix and the next number to start from. A number already used with the same prefix is never repeated. Parties are linked to a challan series in Masters β†’ Party (Auto = Government parties use PDS, others Regular).
